It’s great Just getting started but I already love it. At 70 to he excited to work out is a novel experience. I bought mine because of a bad knee I can already see a reduction in swelling. I highly recommend anyone give it a try.

Good Recovery Tool

Due to back issues I have been unable to walk as much as I like and have been a couch potato way too much. I bought this to have a way to stimulate my body with breaks from sitting. Only used it once so far but sure seems like it will do the trick. Along with my other rehab efforts I feel it will be very beneficial in my recovery.
