Good Vibrations

I absolutely love my vibration plate and have purchased additonal plates for different places where I spend a lot of time. I use it almost every morning for lymphatic drainage, strength training and more recently for frozen shoulder surgery recovery. I also have a red light panel that I turn on during each session. A couple of years ago I had COVID and was very sick. As soon as I could stand and function, I started short sessions on the plate and it dramatically sped up my recovery.

I gave 4 stars because it is a sturdy piece of equipment that has a lot of features and promise. I have a small clicking noise on mine already after less than 2 weeks that I’m not happy about for the money I paid but overall I am happy to have one!
