I absolutely love it. I’m 63 and have lost a lot of weight but of course with that I lost a lot of muscle. This has helped me rebuild what I have lost. I use it for planks and push ups it has done wonders for my arms.

I use my vibrator daily but honestly do not feel any change in my body.
Another thing is the plug is not secure and each time I use the machine I need to jiggle the plug connected to the machine for it to turn on. For the cost of the machine, this should not happen.

Only had this a day. We love the product and feel it is helping with inflammation. The registration process hasn't worked well so far.
