I haven’t fully tried it yet for exercise. But I stood on it a couple times and I love it so far.. I am very excited to get more fit with this product!!!

Good vibrations

So far. I used my friends while visiting and felt increased circulation in my legs. I’ve been caught in a cycle of pain in leg making it impossible to walk a distance and the pitfalls of not doing my walking etc. and just one week of using the vibration plate is increasing the circulation . Ya know oxygen in… wastes out lymph movement is key to everything. I’m 79.. have only used it sitting.
