The vibration plate has literally changed my life. I feel so great after using it, lost weight & my balance has greatly improved. Also, great way to distress after a long day at the office. Cannot recommend it enough!

Everyone in my family uses it. It works great. I am always hesitant to get stuff like this out of concern it won't be used, but everyone uses it at least once a day for various reasons. It appears sturdy and well made and has been helpful with stress and joint stiffness.
I wish appliances and devices like these didn't have such loud beeping when pressing buttons. I was hoping using the remote sould bypass this. I'm a veteran with sensory processing issues and often use it in the morning while my family is still asleep and it feels like I'm using an alarm clock.
I looked in the manual but there doesn't seem to be a way to mute the sound. I'll probably take it apart soon and try to disable it manually.
