I have several autoimmune issues and a lot of inflammation. I recently purchased the mini waver and it has completely changed the game for me. After about a month, I have used to almost every day or every other and it has helped my sleep and the inflammation drastically. I am also down some weight. So glad I made the leap on this purchase!! 10/10- recommend
