Received the miniwave recently so can not comment on changes from long term use. However, I love the way I feel after a session and have no reason to doubt this will continue. I am glad I bought this. It takes two years to see a difference in bone density per DEXA so I need to be patient for that benefit.

I just purchased this product and even though it was a bit more expensive than the one I used to own, it has exceeded my expectations. It stated on the box it was quiet and it is indeed much quieter then my previous vibration plate. I like the lack of digital lights and noise etc...I can just focus on relaxing and enjoying a peaceful routine.
