Invigorating Motivational Wellness

I had never heard of a vibration plate until a Dr. I follow recommended it. I was not it the market, but after researching the benefits, I became obsessed. I have been using it for 10 minutes or more a day for over a month and find it revitalizing and motivating. I use it before, during and after workouts. If I am lifting weights, I will do it while I stand on the plate. Its solid construction offers a variety of speeds that is great for the whole family. I will continue to use it to maintain strong bones, circulate and improve lymphatic drainage!

First off it was packaged really well and I was thankful for that. I’ve only done a couple of workouts since receiving the mini, but I felt it instantly right after the first workout. I feel every household should have one of these!
