Senior new to vibration plates...

A senior new to vibration plates and after researching chose Lifepro based on customer reviews. Seniors benefit from oscillation type vibration plates and experience many health benefits in their use. I chose the Waiver Mini. Out of the box the Waiver Mini is obviously quality built. I can't judge the vibration motion but can say the unit is solid and incredibly quiet. I started P1 out seated with my feet on the plate to get used to the motion and expect to start standing in a day or so and enjoying the Waiver Mini health benefits.
