I use this daily for exercise and lymphatic drainage and weight loss. There are so many different settings that you can use and the website offers many different options for using this plate. I’ve bought two of these because I like him so much. I gave one to my ex-husband as well.

Just received my Waver Mini and it was easy to set up and appears to solid and well made. I am hoping it will improve my bone density particularly in my spine which has severe osteoporosis. I am also being treated with Evenity.
