Having the vibration plate in my home has been life changing! I am feeling more connected to my body, stronger, and i I love how easy it is to use. So many setting options keeps variation in my routine. Is compact enough to slip under the couch for storage.

I have suffered with foot problems for the past year and a half. In just 5 days it has made an incredible difference in my ability to walk, relieve the tightness in my legs, and reduce swelling in feet. I have recommended to all my friends, and I have my husband who has diabetes using it on a daily basis. No turning back for us.

I became a believer when I hurt my knee and used a family members lifepro waver vibration plate. Its like it healed my knee and I was able to hike every day for a week. It's also just quite relaxing and I feel better in the mornings.
