I just started using this. I am an "older" woman and liked the idea of building my core and stability. Falls at my age can be a problem! It is still new and I am looking forward to watching some of the videos they mention on the website to make the most of this product.

It's a little early for me to review, but since this keeps popping up on my computer, I'll say that for now, it's a 5 out of 5 stars. Compact but sturdy, fun, easy to use... as for results, as I said, it's early.
