So far enjoying it

It arrived on time, undamaged, and I immediately plugged it in and tried it out. I had seen an influencer a day later talk about how they had been experiencing pain but after using their vibration plate (another brand), they weren't experiencing pain anymore. I realized this morning after using it twice that my arthritic knees don't hurt as much. I'm hoping it really helps my lipedema and arthritis.

I have heard so many good things about the vibration plates so I knew that I needed to try one. I chose the Lifepro brand because I have had other equipment from them and I trusted the quality.
I just received this today and immediately plugged it in and stepped right on for 10 minutes. Got back on two more times today! I love how it felt and cannot wait for the benefits. I instantly felt the blood circulating through my legs and body. The quality is impressive and the mini is heavy but not too heavy to handle.

I am a chiropractor, so I knew about the benefits of a vibro plate. I love my mini! I have only had it for four days, and I have used it everyday. I have also recommended that my patients get one also. I just feel so much better after a day of my feet. I was having a lot of leg and foot pain. Osteoporosis runs in my family, so I am using it mainly for that.
