Great Exercise Equipment

I love and enjoy this equipment to the max. This is my first time using one of these and also my mother enjoys it. We’re both going to put it to the test and add it to our workout routine. As soon as I got on it I set the speed all the way to 99, I love how it makes your legs feel and loosen the entire body. I can say it’s a great workout for recovery after a full day of workout.

Purchased to help with Lymphedema

I purchased to help with lymphedema in my legs. Research shows that it should help with the fluid retention and swelling as long as you use a plate with oscillation (Lifepro has!) in low settings. I’ve only had and used a few days for 10 mins each time but my legs don’t feel as tired and the heavy feeling around my ankles is not as noticeable. I am excited to see the progress before my next evaluation appointment in June.
