I tried it yesterday for the first time. I basically stood there for 15 min set on the P00 program to test it out. It felt so good! I felt good all day. My knee pain disappeared along with the swelling. Today I will do the same and incorporate the arm workouts with it.

Used for two days and already feel the benefits of less back pain and worked out leg muscles. The arm resistance bands are a little confusing. They’re too long to do much with. I’ll need to figure out how to shorten them.
