I am so excited to use my new WaverMini. I bought a LifePro vibration plate years ago but am excited to upgrade to the smaller, more compact model and get the same benefits.

Good vibrations

So far so good, just did a quick test, vibration is good, i mostly feel it in my legs. It doesn't feel as strong as a different brand that I can feel the vibration all the way up to my hips and low back.

Relaxing

I have only used it a few times so far, but I find standing on it relaxing and can feel my lower back muscles letting go when I’m on it. I hope to build up to exercising on it. I bought it for lymphatic support, so we’ll see if it helps with that!
