I absolutely love this product so far. Have used it twice and honestly feel like I have run 10 miles and successfully did a heavy weight loaded upper body workout.

Replacement Vibration Plate

I loved the ease of service I experienced when I explained that my first plate was rattling / making a knocking sound intermittently. I was sent a replacement quickly. The new machine is quiet works just as expected. For future developments I’m curious if a softer more forgiving material could be used for the surface where your feet ride because I often experience discomfort from the hard nodules on the plate surface. Thanks so much for your help with my replacement!

I've used it once and it seems nice. I wish there was a way to turn off the volume of the beeping when you turn it on/off and adjust the time/intensity, because it is really loud.
