I already owned the waver and the 4D vibration plates. I purchased this one on sale due to the portability of it so I can move it more easily and it is much easier to put up to use for my arms. I also wanted one that I can bring with me on road trips to use when traveling. This is still heavy but I could bring it in the car if I wanted to. I’m happy with it.

This is my second purchase. I keep one under my desk , where I spend most of my time, and use it 2-3 times per day. The new one is in my bedroom. I stand on it and use it first thing in the morning.

Small But Mighty

I’ve had a Rumblex for 5 years now and it’s still going strong. ? I wanted something I could take with me on longer road trips and the mini waver is perfect. Still a strong vibration plate and the length is long enough for a “wider stance”. (I’m 5’6”). At a little 20lbs I can manage hauling it around without it taking up much room in the 4Runner.

I have so far only tried it once … today… for probably too long hahaha. I did about 30 minutes of just standing on the vibration plate and I was actually pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it. I am sore though :) which is funny considering I at 35 and I lift weights&some cardio relatively regularly. I hope this lasts many years.
I actually bought this item to see if it provides any support in increasing alertness for my autonomic nervous system as I have adhd. But just speculating :D
…. But regarding specifically just for standing, it seemed to have worked out my legs well enough to a few hours later experience some soreness. Either way, I will be using this frequently!

This vibration has quite a kick. I got the mini because it was portable but it’s not as small as I thought it would be. It’s extremely powerful though. I put it on P1 and was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Very excited to continue to try out all the features.
