I’ve had a Rumblex for 5 years now and it’s still going strong. ? I wanted something I could take with me on longer road trips and the mini waver is perfect. Still a strong vibration plate and the length is long enough for a “wider stance”. (I’m 5’6”). At a little 20lbs I can manage hauling it around without it taking up much room in the 4Runner.

I have so far only tried it once … today… for probably too long hahaha. I did about 30 minutes of just standing on the vibration plate and I was actually pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it. I am sore though :) which is funny considering I at 35 and I lift weights&some cardio relatively regularly. I hope this lasts many years.
I actually bought this item to see if it provides any support in increasing alertness for my autonomic nervous system as I have adhd. But just speculating :D
…. But regarding specifically just for standing, it seemed to have worked out my legs well enough to a few hours later experience some soreness. Either way, I will be using this frequently!

This vibration has quite a kick. I got the mini because it was portable but it’s not as small as I thought it would be. It’s extremely powerful though. I put it on P1 and was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Very excited to continue to try out all the features.

I just received the machine & tried it for the first time. I must say that it felt like I had did a workout and I only stood on it for 15 minutes. I’m excited to incorporate this into my routine.

My body is quite sensitive, so I tend to follow the dictum “start low and go slow.” Even after just a few days of using my new mini waver for just for 10 minutes every morning, I noticed a very perceptible decrease in swelling in my body AND it’s felt so good using it (kind of like the good feeling during a massage) that I’ve naturally and easily just wanted to increase my time to 30 minutes daily. I’m so excited to have discovered this vibration plate, as I can tell that it will be a key component in helping my body recover from the effects of hypercoagulability and autoimmunity.
