I just started using this product, but have been using a vibration plate regular. This one feels a lot more high quality and intense. Love the intensity range it has and the lifetime warranty.

I can say it was packed well, is a good size and weight for me to move around on my own. I have several Lifepro products, including the Rumblex max 4d vibration plate, which works well but is too big and heavy for me alone. I expect this to work just as well.
