I bought the plate because I used my friends and my anxiety was curved from just the first use. I have had mine not even 24hrs and have used it at a low speed multiple times to help my anxiety.

I recently purchased the mini waiver. It was recommended to be by my Myopractor. Then another friend, who works in the health industry shared all of the health benefits of a mini waiver with me. I’ve only tried it a few times, but I’m amazed by it. I do hope and pray that it really helps me internally.

My experience with the Lifepro Mini Vibration Plate has been very good. The unit works well and I can feel the benefit of the vibration plate in my feet and legs.
