The unit is made well and vibrates from low to more. My husband and I are older and we are learning as we go. It's new, and we are discovering how to use it, and how long to do this. It makes us both feel rejuvenated. We love it so far!

I am a 67 year old Grammy looking for things to help me keep up with my grandbaby. The LifePro Mini Vibration Plate is everything I was looking for. I not only use this for exercise but it also helps with lymphatic drainage, makes my arthritis ease up, makes my knees and back feel better and also helps with my restless leg syndrome. I Love this mini vibration plate and I would absolutely buy it again.,

My husband got this mini waver for us cause we want to get strong. It seems like it has so many benefits. Trying to see if they works for me. Now for my husband it makes him dizzy, which I was disappointed in. So I'm waiting to see results.
