I am loving my waver mini by Lifepro. It is small and easy for me to pick up and move. I am a small person so it is the right size for me. I can hop on and use whenever I have the time. I bought to help avoid osteoporosis so only time will tell.

Okay so I just tried out my vibration plate. HOLY COW! I did 10 minutes on speed one. Did 3rd on my feet then I got down to put my hands on it then the last 3rd I sat on it. I feel like a new woman. Omfriggingosh. It’s like I just got a full body massage. And that was speed one! It has 99 speeds. I feel like jelly. Everyone needs one of these.

Just got it today, but I think I’m going to really like it. I’ve had 2 knee replacements and 2 hip replacements so I think it will be great!

I have a sedentary job, so I get up quite often to stand on the vibration plate. It feels so good! It helps my swollen ankles, too.
