I have the larger version and love it but I travel a lot so I bought the mini. It is heavier tje expected, but does a good job.

I’m loving my new vibration plate. So far I’ve just been using the low settings as I adjust. I find it very effective and notice a difference in my body when I step off. I feel lighter and more energized. I would recommend to anyone looking to support their lymphatic system.
