This mini waver is a lot larger than I imagined, but holds a punch beyond belief. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to get healthy in many ways. I felt the workout after stepping on this machine for the first 10 minutes.

I bought this with the hopes of restarting my health journey. Chronic pain and fatigue have plagued me for years, so I needed something to help get me back on a path to mobility. I am a very skeptical person, but I am also willing to give anything a try. I haven't used very long, only a couple weeks, so I haven't noticed any big changes such as weight loss or fatigue. However, I was surprised that I noticed improvement in the pain from plantar fasciitis. This is a big deal for anyone who has ever experienced this ailment. I am hopeful that with longer use I will see other benefits.

After spending quite some time reviewing many descriptions of various vibration plates, I decided to go with the Life Pro Mini. It is so impressive. It's just what I wanted. I am just beginning to enjoy exercise again with this device. So glad I made this choice.
