I have already owned one of the larger Vibration Plates for 22 months, but needed to add a smaller more portable one that I could take along on Vacation. Vibration Therapy has become such an integral part of my daily fitness routine, that I don't know how to do without it. Nothing else serves so many bodily benefits the way Vibration Therapy does. Turns out, the Mini Vibration Plate is a great compliment to my original Vibraton Plate, because it adds oscillation, and the original is just straight vibration.
