I have been having lymphatic issues. A friend recommended this product to help with drainage. I have been using my plate for a month and have noticed many changes well beyond what I expected!

After using my daughter's full size waver I decided to try the mini. It is easier to move around for me and although it seems to be a little more jarring I am pleased with it and the size. Have only had it for a week but like it a lot and feel like I will continue to use it daily, unlike some of the other work out equipment I have purchased!!

Je viens d acquérir la Waver mini vibration plate. J ai suivie des exercices sur YouTube et je n’en suis en sortie. Par contre j’aurai aimé un peux plus d'informations sur les 16 et 17 par rapport aux bandes orange, parce qu'ils y a plusieurs tailles.

Have just unboxed the waver mini and used it for 10 minutes on level 4. I definitely feel like this product will be helpful in my fitness journey. Looking forward to learning how to fully utilize it. Very impressed thus far with the quality of the product and all of the fantastic reviews I have read!
