Bought this for bone health. I have osteopenia and lower back pain. I work out regularly, but was hoping this can help me with strength training. The remote is a bit finicky, but it does control the unit. The unit, although a little heavy, is fairly easy to maneuver under a chair for storage. Only had it a couple of days but so far so good. Had lower back pain this morning after yesterday’s workout. It seems to have relieved it.

I received the Wavermini as a gift. It has been a life changer! I use it daily. I have seen changes in my body just by my habitual use of getting on it as soon as I roll out of bed in the morning, and right before I go to sleep. This is the most beneficial equipment I have ever owned.
