I noticed a difference in the back of my legs within the first couple of weeks . unfortunately, I was not consistent and dropped off for a while but now back at it again and it really does make a difference in the way my low back feels.

I have yet to try this plate as I would like to do the exercises with it but look forward to seeing what it can do! I've tried many ways to lose weight and tk no avail so looking forward to the benefits of vibration.

Powerful VIbration Plate

I knew that investing with Life Pro would be a wise decision due to their amazing warranty and excellent workmanship after owning their red light unit. I have been using the vibration plate daily and can see how it is changing my strength and stamina. Knowing my lymphatic system is working better when I am not as active is a comfort and motivates me to do better. I use my plate as I am using red light. I'm so happy I decided to make the decision to try this out and cannot wait to invest in more Life Pro products.

I can’t get over how easy the Waver Mini Vibration Plate is to use. It has helped my circulation and joint pain so much in just the few short weeks of using it. I also feel it has increased my overall strength and balance. I am beyond happy with my results so far!
