have registered this waver mini several times with the website it says to go to hoping to find the Library of free workouts for it and it just leaves me hanging. Frustrating.

Feel relaxed and not as much pain when I get done. Very good product especially when sitting in front of computer 12-14 hrs day. 1st thing to seem like it helps.

Waver mini brain wobble?

Do like this product but, being a seesaw-type movement, I am wondering about its effect on the brain and it's membranes. I used the Waver mini in an all fours position, hands on the platform, and felt distinctly concussed afterwards.
