I love my Waver Mini Vibration Plate. I've been using it daily every morning before the rest of my exercise regime. I am hoping it will improve my bone density. I feel both invigorated and my legs feel lighter after using it. Would recommend to others.

I’ve been using it while I use my LED mask and it has helped with my leg soreness and stiffness after waking up! I was skeptical but so far I’ve been loving how it makes me feel!
