I earned this vibration plate from Plexus Worldwide and went into it not really knowing what to expect. I had no clue what vibration plates were all about—but now I’m hooked. It’s quickly become something I look forward to using, and I can’t believe I went this long without it.

Received this super quick, got it set up and tried it out right away. Like the quiet motor, the loudest part is the beeping of the buttons when it comes on. Looking forward to getting good use out of it.

I'm a remote worker in my late 60's and I sitting all day, and I used it for the first time after my shift and my legs felt amazing after getting off the plate. Because of Vestibular Migraine, I will more likely use it in a sitting position because I'm constantly feeling off balance when standing. This is going to be excellent for my circulation, arthritis and pain in low back!!!!

I haven't had it long enough to see real results yet, but I can already feel a difference. So far the only visible change is bruising from testing it on higher speeds — so start slow, very slow, because this machine is powerful. Hopefully the results will follow.
