Just tried my Lifepro waver mini vibration plate and, wow, after just 10 minutes on the lowest beginner setting, I can feel the effect on my muscles and joints. They feel warm and relaxed. I’ll pre-program my settings tomorrow to set up my daily routine/workout

Looking for a way to combat bone loss from long-term steroid therapy. My doctor recommended the waiver mini vibration plate. He had procured one for his mother when she broke her hip and said he highly recommended it for me.

Bone density help

When I spoke with my doctor about the effects of long-term steroid therapy, our conversation naturally led to bone density loss. He said after doing research, he got a waiver mini vibration plate for his mother after she fell and broke her hip. He strongly recommended it as a preventative for me. I've been using it ever since.
