I've only had it for 3 days, but so far I am feeling some joint pain relief and already feeling some strength in my back. My husband is enjoying it also and said his restless leg symptoms have been gone for 2 nights. I have high hopes! We have been doing three 10 minute sessions daily in low power range so far.

This is my second vibration plate. I bought it for my office to use because I am sitting all day. It’s been so helpful to ease my body stiffness when I can’t get out and walk.
