Great Exercise Equipment

I love and enjoy this equipment to the max. This is my first time using one of these and also my mother enjoys it. We’re both going to put it to the test and add it to our workout routine. As soon as I got on it I set the speed all the way to 99, I love how it makes your legs feel and loosen the entire body. I can say it’s a great workout for recovery after a full day of workout.

I've used the Lifepro mini vibration plate twice, and so far I really like it. The product is quiet, sturdy, and compact to fit under my couch. Exactly what I was looking for.
