Just started using it today on Manual Mode HA Speed 1 for 15 minutes and it was pretty intense for me at 77 years old, so I recommend to start for 10 minutes each session, at speed 1, for a maximum of 2 sessions apart each day.

I only just received my waver mini and tried it for the first time. What a cool experience. My whole body was on fire as if I just used massaging gun. Excited to try actual workouts on it.
