I’ve been on the lookout for a vibration plate that was affordable while also being of high quality for well over a year. This product is exactly that, and even better than what I originally expected. It is easy to use, and has a large variety of modes. Very happy with my purchase!

I could feel a difference

After just two sessions I could feel a difference. I did research on the lymphatic system and thyroid issues, so I know I need to get something to help balance this out. I have used shaker plates before and stopped for a few years. I needed a smaller one for where I live, I am glad I found this, its not too heavy and its bring me back to balance.

Light weight and fair price for a good quality piece of machine, that well changed your experience of life and workouts it really there when you need it , i like to have more then just 1 lifepro
