The vibration plate is great. I love the size and all the different program options. It’s also very easy to use. The reason for taking away a star is that whenever you press any of the buttons to move settings, the beeping sound is almost ear-piercing. I like to use this first thing in the morning, and I’m always afraid I’m going to wake up my roommate.

This machine had been a big help in lessening the pain in my legs. Which has helped me walk better and stand longer.
I did not know if I was going to be able to balance and stand on this...but have had no problem.
I sit for part of my session...but try to do 15 minutes every day.

Great plate but cord is inconsistent

This vibration plate really helps release the pain from the compression between my L5 & S1. However the cord sometimes doesn’t let me power up the plate. I’ve tried jiggling it, unplugging & replugging it in. Very inconsistent power cord.

There is not a day that goes by that I don't get on the vibe plate! I love it and I wish I could pack it in my suitcase and take it everywhere with me!

I love this plate, but the cord needs imprvement

I have been so happy with use of this vibration plate. my complaint comes in the cord and how it attaches to the plate. it doesn’t not click in and always feels loose and will randomly disconnect
