A friend ordered one of this vibration plates and I tried it. Wow. I saw a sale and got the mini. It’s simply great. Size is better for me.

The device works as advertised, I’ve only used a few times but so far I like it. I feel it is helpful in waking me up and getting my stiffness worked out in the morning. I took off a star because the buttons on the remote are hard to see, no backlight. I also didn’t like being forced to review the product in order to register it.
