Something to look forward to

Exercise has never been my favorite thing to do, but having pre-diabetes has forced me to do something. No, I’m not relying on this for the cure. I’m walking more daily and this is my reward for doing a mile or more. At first my legs tingled but that feeling left as fast as it came after adjusting my feet. I’m now on day four and trying different stretches and exercises. I look forward to seeing results.
