New to vibration plates

I was recommended to get a vibration plate by my PT to help integrate a bunch of work I’m doing (I have hEDS, POTS, and MCAS) - haven’t tried it yet but I’m looking forward to seeing if it helps

I can definitely feel the burn! The resistance bands are amazing for that core leg workout. Im still learning the machine but so far so Good!

First intro to this type of exercise machine. Recommended to me by PT for balance and part of my training and strengthening following healed foot fractures. Still new but so far I’ve been impressed with potential benefits.
