I owned a full size wave plate and needed a smaller version in my current smaller home. Ordered the mini and gave my full size version to my best buddy.

Love my vibration plate. I stay on it for 10 min at a time. Currently use it 3 times per week on level 1 however my goal is to use it daily the first thing in the morning. I like that it is quiet and I can move it to other rooms as needed. The remote is convenient too.

I thought it was the same one that was shown on one the early morning show . That one was offered for 50% off but I was not fast enough to get theQR CODE . 10% off is what I got and the mini .one , I’m very pleased with it I can now sit and getup from a chair ..

I have been using it for a week. I like it so far but sometimes it makes a clinking or clanging noise. I will have to see if that continues
