I just received mine, but I have used my brothers- I purchased the same one, because it worked so well when I was not able to exercise due to multiple surgeries. I look forward to using this to stay healthy. I loved having it for circulation, lymphatic drainage, etc. now with a workout with it will be a whole new level.... YAY
