I love this plate, but the cord needs imprvement

I have been so happy with use of this vibration plate. my complaint comes in the cord and how it attaches to the plate. it doesn’t not click in and always feels loose and will randomly disconnect

Works well. Had some issues with the cord. Contacted the company and had quick responses. New cord was sent. No issues since.

Great except for the electrical cord

Works well, helps to reduce inflammation and exercises legs when you have a job that requires lots of sitting. y only concern is the electrical cord. It does not fit securely into the machine and goes off intermittently. I already requested a replacement but the new cord has the same issues.
