Easy to get started. Wish there was more attention given to laying out an exercise program. Not very clear on what to do. Had to watch a bunch of YouTube videos to get an idea of how to use.

My friend recommended it to use for my legs only while sitting down and I just turned it on and wasn’t love with it by the first 30 seconds.

Best workout without a workout.

I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, a twisted pelvis, bursitis in both shoulders and neuropathy. This has been a lifesaver for my body internally. Keeps my bowels moving, revitalizes my muscles daily and gives me time to focus on what I need to do in my life by entertaining my ADHD with the programmed workouts. THIS IS A MUST HAVE! My mom just ordered herself one.

I like the produce but wish there were more instructions and workouts included in the pamphlet. I think I could get more out of the machine if there were in depth information.

The perfect workout without working out

As someone with fibromyalgia arthritis to twisted hip bursitis and both shoulders, poor circulation in the legs, this product has been a lifesaver. Every time I try a new workout program, I ended up hurting myself. I use the medium programs. I start at PO3 in the morning and throughout my day I do 4, 5, and end with PO6. A MUST HAVE!!!
