I’ve only used it 4 times… so far I’m loving it. I use this as soon as I get home from work which helps me unwind from my overstimulating day. Hoping for it to help with my lymphatic and circulatory systems as well. I definitely feel better blood circulation since using it.

I just received my Mini Waver Vibration Plate. I was surprised at the weight and size of the Mini Waver - definitely a quality piece of equipment. I've heard so many good things about using a vibration plate - I can't wait to get using this on the regular!
