Got for my birthday and the whole family is enjoying it! The ten minute default is a great place to start. I wanted it for the lymph drainage benefits, but am excited to read about how it will help improve blood circulation and fat loss as well as reduce cellulite and stress! Wow! Excited to try the workouts next! Easy to use anytime too. Hopped on it last night when we got home!
