Love it so far. Beep is too loud and LEDs are too bright, but great vibration and easy to use!

I’ve only just set up my Waver Mini and I’ve tested it out. It looks like it will be a great addition to my home workouts. I’ve used a vibration plate for over 8 years at OsteoStrong (promotes bone density), so I’ve had a great amount of experience with vibration plates. Having my own at home is going to be awesome and there’s so many benefits in addition to building/maintaining bone density.
