I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and it feels like I’m getting an entire body massage. I originally got it for the lymph draining benefits, but am learning there are a ton of other benefits as well!

Perfect size for my small house. Been looking for some way to be able to exercise with limited space, and this was the perfect solution. Living with a chronic illness, and this is the perfect balance of exercise, but not too much to hurt my body
