Just purchased product and it doesn’t even turn on. Power cord is plugged in tight. The 732-456-6063 number doesn’t work either. Horrible experience!

I hike, pay pickle ball, spin, lift weights and walk with a 12lb. Weight vest…. not all at once of course but these are my activities throughout the week!
