This unit lowers on and the display runs through the organs but the plate does not move or mar any sounds

I really enjoy my Lifepro Mini vibration plate. I look forward to using it as often as possible. It is like a mini massage to my tired muscles after a good workout. That is not even counting all the other benefits! For the price of one 1hr massage I can have a massage as often as I like! I highly recommend!
