I've had it about a week and I love the little buzz I get from it. So far I haven't done anything to heavy just more for the lymphatic drainage benefits but also to help loosen up my tissues in the morning. Its helped take some of the sticky morning shoulder issues I have when waking up. It's quiet and I hope it stays that way. It's pretty heavy which I didn't expect but that makes sense. The vibrations are easy to adjust to, at least at the lower levels so far, though i have noticed they are strong enough that I've noticed objects near by sometimes pick them up.

Hard to figure out

The instruction booklet is brief and not particularly helpful. There is minimal written description and mostly photos. When I increase the speed, nothing really happens. I got this to improve my bone density, but after using it twice a day for several months, there is minimal improvement, if any.

Great machine! It really helps with my joint issues and joint pain... knees, SI joint, hip. When used regularly, the pain goes away. This is my second Waver Mini. I had the other one for almost 5 years. I highly recommend the Waver Mini and have told many family members and friends who have also bought it and had the same results.

The mini plate has an excellent motor and works like the full size. I still have plenty of space to exercise and stretch on it, but it doesn’t take up as much room (don’t worry though, it’s super sturdy)! My favorite way to do lymphatic drainage and I feel so much better using it regularly.
