I love this thing. I do exercises on it. Sometimes I stand on it when I’m a little tired and I need a little boost. I didn’t expect to enjoy it so much.

Best workout without having to workout

I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, and a slow metabolism. I love this product because I can already tell a difference in my daily life. Arthritis isn’t as prevalent before bad weather, daily aches of fibromyalgia are almost gone. It has regulated my digestion. The user manual is so helpful and informative. I refer back to it often.

I bought it for my neuropathy and my husband's lymphadema his feet. It helped him instantly! I believe it is gradually helping with my neuropathy as well. Great product.
